Our purpose
PerfectATS publishes practical guidance to help job seekers communicate their real experience clearly. Our content is created for readers first. We do not publish articles merely to target search terms, inflate page counts, or create places for advertising.
Research and sourcing
We prioritize primary and authoritative sources, including government employment resources, university career centers, official search documentation, and original product testing. When a claim may change over time, we verify it before publication and provide a source or qualification.
We distinguish common practice from universal rules. Hiring processes vary by employer, country, industry, and applicant tracking system, so our articles avoid guarantees about interviews, rankings, or automated screening outcomes.
Writing and review
Every article must answer a distinct reader problem with original structure, specific examples, and an actionable review method. We reject pages that merely restate another guide, stretch a simple answer to meet a word count, or repeat a search phrase unnaturally.
Before publication, an automated quality gate checks minimum substance, source diversity, duplicated passages, metadata, internal links, authorship, and review signals. The editorial team separately reviews grammar, factual limitations, accessibility, examples, and whether the article offers enough practical value to justify its own page.
PerfectATS may use software tools to assist with outlining, consistency checks, link validation, or editing. Human editorial responsibility remains with PerfectATS, and no automated suggestion is treated as a fact without review.
Corrections and updates
We update articles when guidance, tools, or cited sources materially change. If you identify an error, contact us with the page URL and supporting information. Material corrections are made directly rather than hidden by changing a date.
Independence
Editorial guidance is not changed to satisfy an advertiser. Ads, if introduced, will be visually separate from recommendations and will not determine rankings, examples, or conclusions.
